Where can I create eBay Promotions?

Visit the Discounts Manager in your Seller Hub, formerly known as Promotions Manager. This tool allows you to set up five types of promotions, including order, shipping, volume discounts, coupon codes, and sales events. To activate these offers, ensure you’re subscribed to an eBay Store, and your items are in the fixed-price format with Buy-It-Now pricing. Items will show at their regular price, and the discount will be deducted from the buyer’s cart at checkout.

How to use eBay selling promotions through M2E?

Let’s say you want to apply eBay shipping discount to your listings. First, set it up in the eBay Seller Hub. Once done, you can apply the discount to your items in bulk with M2E Multichannel Connect. The app allows you to monitor which listings have the discount added, change the start and end dates, and remove the discount when it’s no longer needed. This makes managing your eBay promotions more efficient and organized directly from your store’s system.

What is the issue with adding volume pricing to your eBay listing?

This issue often occurs due to category restrictions, as not all categories support volume pricing. If you have other discounts, promotions, or coupons applied to your listing, they can override or hide the volume pricing option. Misconfiguring pricing tiers or managing inventory incorrectly can also lead to issues. It’s essential to ensure all discounts and stock levels are correctly aligned when adding volume pricing.

How to set up eBay volume pricing per category?

First, organize your items by creating a store category. Navigate to the Discounts Manager and click Create Discount, selecting Volume Pricing. Start configuring the promotion and select Add Inventory. In the next step, choose Create Rules to pick the categories from which to apply the inventory to your promotion. By the way, you can use M2E Multichannel Connect to apply volume pricing to numerous items from your e-commerce platform.
