The M2E Cloud API is the solution you need. It lets you connect your eBay account with the ERP or any other external system through API. First, orders from eBay and other marketplaces are imported into the M2E system. Then, these orders are automatically forwarded to your external system for fulfillment. With features like the eBay orders API and inventory synchronization, M2E ensures that your ERP is always up-to-date with the latest order and stock details.

How to use M2E API?

First, check that your data source is set to Catalog in M2E Multichannel Connect. Then, enable API Access by navigating to the Settings tab, selecting Catalog, and switching to the API tab. Toggle the API Access on, copy the generated token, and follow the instructions in the API documentation.

Even if you have connected both a Channel and a Store (Data Source), you can still use the M2E Cloud API. This allows you to integrate with your external system (e.g., ERP or CRM) to manage orders, synchronize product data, and automate workflows as needed.

What ecommerce marketplaces (Channels) does the M2E API support?

M2E Cloud API supports integration with popular marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Kaufland, allowing for efficient synchronization of product and order data.

What data can be synchronized via the M2E API?

The M2E Cloud API allows you to synchronize product data (e.g., prices, inventory levels, attributes), orders from marketplaces, as well as fulfillment details, including statuses and tracking numbers.

Is there a limit on the number of M2E API requests?
