How do I link Shopify to eBay?

Install M2E Multichannel Connect from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin. On the Dashboard, click Connect Marketplace Account, choose eBay, and sign in to approve access to your seller account. Then, the Setup Guide walks you through linking existing eBay listings, enabling inventory sync and order import, as well as listing new products.

Can I sync Shopify with eBay inventory automatically?

Yes. After you link a Shopify product to its eBay listing and turn on inventory sync, M2E updates the eBay quantity whenever your Shopify stock changes. When an eBay order arrives, M2E creates the order in Shopify, and the sold quantity is deducted from your Shopify stock. Both channels sell from the same inventory, which keeps the risk of overselling low.
