Our pricing plans are based on your total monthly or annual Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
Please note that GMV counts all sales within each connected marketplace account – not just the items actively synced through M2E. This ensures accurate reporting at the account level.
The subscription cost depends on the selected plan and is charged in advance. All payments are final and non-refundable. If your usage goes beyond the included monthly or yearly limits, additional charges will apply.
M2E Cloud calculates fees based on the total value of completed sales across all linked marketplace accounts, excluding Amazon FBA sales. Only transactions processed within the current billing period are counted, minus any refunds issued during that same cycle.
Refunds issued outside the billing period are not considered. If your store processes a high volume of sales with relatively few refunds, an annual subscription may be more cost-effective.
Using M2E Cloud alongside other tools is optional, but full payment of all applicable fees remains the user’s responsibility.
Seller Accounts refer to marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Kaufland, where you list and sell products from your store. These are considered in pricing plans because they directly contribute to your Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Number of Seller Accounts = the actual number of connected integration accounts (for example, you may have 2 eBay accounts + 1 Amazon account, or 3 eBay accounts, or 2 Amazon accounts + 1 eBay)
